I trained at King's College London University and at
The College of Cognitive Behavioural Therapies London.

CBT is one of the main traditions in counselling and psychotherapy.
CBT focuses on freeing you from unhelpful patterns or cycles of thinking, feeling and behaviour,
and then on getting you to a place where what
you're thinking, feeling and doing is helping you cope
well with challenges and difficult situations.
There are different types of CBT which can
help you deal with problems in different ways.
Rational Emotive Cognitve Behavioural Therapy (RECBT),
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (MBCBT), Cognitive Therapy (CT)
and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
My approach is to integrate these different
types of CBT in a way that suits
your individual needs and preferences
and what works for you.
If you would like more information,
I will be happy to talk to you or correspond with you
in detail about how I can help you before you decide to book a session.
